    Best bet for compensation is to make a big song and dance about it. It has worked for me a few times with etarde.

    I find their customer assistance department to be completely haphazard..very hard to get through and speak to the same person (some have very poor english as well and don't even seem to know what the hell anything means..check out the grammar and sentence structure of that crappy email? "Z" I knew that Etarde started in the U.S but never knew they used US english)...They will try to throw a few measely trades your way to shut you up, but just keep pushing and threaten going to asic, or the financial ombudsman to lay a complaint (will cost them a few thousand once with the ombudsman regardless of the outcome). Mention that and they will start dropping free trades all over the show.

    Remember that the so called "team leaders" (which I guess is what the kids use instead of "manager")are young kiddies, prob around early 20's little to no financial
