totally agree guys.
I havent had a happy transition either. I sold a 26k holding the fri before change over & it took phone calls & 4 days to have it showing in balance & available to trade.
I miss the webiress platform & have found etrade pro hard to take to. Have ended up using commsec which I rarely used before.
But I have to be fair & say that the past week I haven't had any hiccups (but haven't been using it much either lol...)
