I sent Etrade a complaint and told them if they keep it up I will change to CommSec and then I would also be changing banks (from ANZ) and then sent a copy of the email to ANZ.
The last mortgage I got the ANZ "specialist broker" totally cocked it up, so have been thinking about Commbank for a while anyway.
I expect no real result.
