This past weekend saw the culmination of our two-year systems stabilisation project, with the migration of our IT systems to a world-class data centre in Melbourne.
The migration itself went smoothly, however an incorrect system setting meant that a number of customers’ trades were affected on Tuesday.
We rectified the erroneous setting immediately and have endeavoured to contact affected customers, however if you have been impacted, and have not been in contact with us, please do so on 1300 658 355 (between 8am and 8pm, AEST) or via email at [email protected]
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the system upgrade but we are confident that our fully completed infrastructure improvements will deliver a better platform for our customers.
