This did seem odd to me also. The rationale behind this was spoken about at the AGM where they believe by allowing first launch in the USA that market will set a much higher price per unit as it will be by prescription only. This then will supposedly set a benchmark price for rest of world. Only time will tell if this is the right strategy but sounds reasonable.

My estimate is that it will be on the shelves in Q1 or Q2 CY 2019.

In the meantime l'm sure the DEP program will bring some pretty exciting announcements to keep the SP moving north.
