What is interesting is who is behind the buy / sell of Fidelity...are they acting exclusively as a fund...are they an umbrella fund for another entity.
Is this Australian Company using international Fund to purchase...
There are more questions than answers - or is it simply Fidelity acting as an Investor with US Funds selling to decrease their exposure as Treegold suggests?
I lean toward something slightly askew as I am not sure you would be announcing to the Press your decision to be quitting stock..wouldn't that create more sellers and a lower base to bail out at - hence bigger losses?
