Dont worry about where the price is at becuase this rights issue is fully underwritten so we will obtain the funding. The only risks that I see influencing the share price is the macro-economic environment - it seems like its going to get worse before it gets better; and the time-line to implement the project - how long will it take until we are making some coin.
It will definately be a roller coaster ride for the next eight months but there is significant upside to be made. New management, new projects, new partners and more opportunities.
