The AGM claimed that recruitment completion was expected in 1-2 months for both DEP DOX mono arm & CAB & 2-3 months was expected for DEP IRI mono arm

2 months is up in 12 days time........
3 months is up at the end of Feb

Are we expecting an announcement of recruitment completion for these trials?

Is SPL obliged to make an announcement for completion of recruitment to market?

No

If so, then SPL would want to follow through on their claims from the AGM

OR

If they do not come through, then they MUST provide an explanation or I would envision a lot of current holders writing angry letters to SPL/ASX/ASIC about announcements being made to RAMP the price and no substantial follow through to back up the lofty claims that have no doubt lifted the SP in the interim........

Time for SPL to start delivering!
