The most consent of dendrimer is the toxicity of cation charge on the surface of system. I believe Starpharma use PEGylation to overcome this, I personally can assess the PhD thesis about PEGylation of dendrimer in Monash Uni (believe in cooperation with SPL), the results is quite promising, in line with what SPL stated. But now we are in human, could be very different, see the full result of phase 1 to further discussion.
