I agree, I also like the fact Barry has messed with the bot - that makes me happy. His sale is unusual behaviour vis a vis EXR and its normal trading pattern so it would have thrown the algorithm.
I was quite happy to see the volume absorbed with relatively little discomfort. Reality is quite a few people (many on this forum) hold multiple millions of EXR shares so I don't think we'll see rapid price growth till the end of the company trajectory. If any of them choose to sell their holdings they will individually far exceed the normal daily volumes.
I concur that we'll see chop around the previous capital raise prize as longer term holders exit, and we'll probably see it again at 50c or $1. I don't think we'll blast through until take over offers come. Once they start the share price will hit the offer mark and people will stop selling.
Big question is how far along the company timeline are we?
