Blackout Periods:
Annual and Half-Year Results:
Trading is prohibited from 1 July to 24 hours after the release of the company's annual results, and from 1 January to 24 hours after the release of the half-year results.
AGM:
Trading is prohibited from 7 days before the company's AGM to 24 hours after the AGM.
Additional Periods:
The Company Secretary or an authorized delegate may also announce additional blackout periods.
Insider Trading:
Starpharma's policy prohibits trading in company securities if an individual possesses inside information, even outside of blackout periods.
"Inside information" is defined as information that is not generally available to the public, but if it were, would likely have a material effect on the price of Starpharma securities.
Restricted persons, including directors, officers, and employees, must not trade in company securities during blackout periods unless they have obtained prior written clearance for exceptional circumstances.
Exceptions and Approvals:
Limited exceptions to the blackout period trading restrictions may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as severe financial hardship, with prior written approval from the appropriate authority.
Restricted persons must follow the procedure outlined in the policy for obtaining clearance prior to trading during a blackout period.
