Not that I take much notice of long term trends in a stock like this for reasons Scotty alluded to but if you're going to draw a trend line at least draw it right .. and use an accurate chart

It's a breakout failure, straight back under the trend line
Horizonal resistance levels still have some relevance on a long term view as they're where old holders are trapped
Some people say you shouldn't draw a trend line from the absolute peak but from the next peak, this is debateable and I'd normally use the actual peak but it makes an interesting line in this case

Anyway, regardless of all that, PAN is at a point where it should find support and needs to or it's likely to go back to the recent lows.
