Speaking about accurate charts, I also noticed (in your first chart), the peak (in 2018) doesn’t actually exactly meet (touch) your downtrend line on (zoom in). LOL.
You may need to drop it down a fraction and this will certainly make a difference towards the end of the trend line given the duration in question.
