The average cost is for the entire field. It's the average that includes the more expensive phase 1 and cheaper phase 2. Would have expected the average to be cheaper than the 33-35 quotes as buying a fspo should be cheaper than leasing but it seems to not have made a difference.
I suspect the operator will suddenly find savings once FAR have sold the asset.
