Woodside write down values the WPL portion of Sangomar at US$0.4B (which includes spend/ recent cash calls FAR hasn't paid).This values FAR share at US$170 mil (assuming simular debt profile) minus unpaid cash calls etc. Assets are currently selling at significant discounts to valuations in M&A, so it doesn't represent what a company would pay to be part of Sangomar. Companies also take into account required cash for capex. No idea what a company would pay for Sangomar under current conditions.
