I'm pretty sure I commented that FAR had a huge OP risk and should have raised more, borrowed less around the same time you were all complaining about dilution.There were hundreds of upvotes for OP North of 100/bbl predictions, but assessments for when FAR couldn't afford its debt were met with accusations of alteria motives and comments that I should value PE / exploration acreage.
No one saw these exact circumstances, but the debt was at junk bond IR because the lenders saw the risk. Investors weren't supporting the share price bacause they saw OP risk. FARs very own economics at $65 /bbl showed concerns at lower OP. Many foresaw the potential for issues and didn't own or sold out. You didn't need to forsee the current circumstances to see this was a risky investment.
There are around 400 explorers and producers facing or approaching bankruptcy without a change in OP, a lot of stressed sellers very few buyers, GL holders it's a tough time at the moment in in O&G.
