I agree with the numbers. But, imo, it will be only companies that want to be there (WAf) longterm and are cashed up. Leaving WPL aside, imo, that leaves CNOOC & Petronas ... 15% won't be enough to attract them imo, CNE & FAR need to pull their fingers out. But as I alluded to earlier, and have mentioned one year ago - the institutions lending to the US frackers have evidently got money to burn (some say it's actually money laundering) ... why isn't TW over there talking them ... maybe laundering US$300M is not enough for them?
