The other day I put in a trade for 2000 shares at $.13 which was a cent higher than the closing price in the final rundown. I was trumped with 30 seconds to go so my offer sat there after the close. I received a phone call from Commsec because I was accused of trying to manipulate the market. I argued that this share in particular is manipulated every single day with quarter sent trades and trades that are less than marketable parcels. We the average trader can only trade 500 shares or more and therefore I felt I was within my rights. I put up a big argument but they keep saying we are only considering this particular tried from you they were not interested in what the true manipulators are doing only us small time traders who are trying to make a buck. I hope who ever put in this final trade gets a phone call also, although we know that will never happen! Double standards.
