I believe they will take up their allotment.
What would happen to the share price if they didn’t?
With the day's trades being continually knocked off around close below 10c lately, it could be said that a tactic is being employed to attempt the Board not taking up it's entitlements and thus holding the SP down via shareholder concern in order for a hostile takeover - just my mind wandering along again.
