1) There will be no new projects for the department until 2012 at the earliest, according to current plans.
2) The 200k is the average SALARY of the 400+ "public servants". (calculated by [90 mill - various office expenses] / 408)
3) The total cost of running the department is estimated to be over $90 million dollars (including salary, office expenses, etc...) of tax payer money per year for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING over the next 2 years.
