There is a definite pattern of overpromising and underdelivering when it comes to SPL.

DEP CAB - Recruitment expected to complete within 1-2 months - giving a date of End of Dec or Jan

DEP IRI - Recruitment in mono arm expected to complete within 2-3 months - giving a date of End of Jan or Feb
