I'm sure if we were successfull with PE then that might possibly be considered, but that's a big if....otherwise it's FAR's normal prudent policy of letting others pay to have look for you, FAR is in no position to fork out $US 17-20 M ( trouble free and trouble offshore can send a Company with no income to the knackers yard real quick and nearly did with FAN 1) for a half share of an exploration well with the commitments it already has with SNE....
Any potential proceeds with Arbitration would be much better spent on increasing our share of SNE IMO that's oil we not only know exists but is already appraised and on the way to production..it's the real reason we are going through the Arbitration process, its extremely low risk "drilling" with an extremely high potential reward...
