Wasn't sure where the 7.5 came from but the 15% you are referring to is the opt in amount the government can choose to get back in with? That's similar to the opt in option the Senegal Govt has and decision time is just about here for them. Simply multiply our share by 15% to work out what % we are left with if they opt in. Pretty standard really.
