I have a copy of the/a Gambian psc at home I'll look later but I'm pretty sure the old code was 15%.
GO gleefully pointed it out at the time...... fact is its a better deal than Senegal if they farm in to 18% as I believe the 15% Gambia is not free carry... But I need to check.
I don't believe there has been any change.
