I don't understand the level of contention with this matter. A contract outlines the conditions, they are either met or not. Why is it wrong to pursue entitlements?
The complaining about FAR seeking legal recourse make me think far has a strong case - albeit inconvenient. But im not privileged to the bigger picture.
