Excellent summary Mr H and IMO best highlighted by converting CPS into MC and / or US$ per Barrel of 2C...15 c would give FAR a MC of $942 M or US$7.30 Bbl for our 87Mmbbl appraised mixture of reserves and resources and that IMO would be at the very high end of any offer at this stage of proceedings pre financing and would have most joining the rush for the exits...TO's always leave money on the table but also remove future implications , be they good or bad, for those taking up any offer...
Like you I think any offer would start around 10c , which is already a large premium over the current shareprice but would need to be higher to succeed...how much higher who knows but I would be interested in finding out...
