However previously they didn't have a problem with the time frame?
Now apparently at the eleventh hour they do?
When PE is iminent and hopefully funding will follow with numbers hardened up.
They don't see upside from a resolution of these matters?
So be it!
As for the Govt taking up their share, presumably they do or they don't.
Apart from altering the percentages in don't see much issue.
Always thought that it was built in that they would and a bonus if they didn't!
