if this comapny does get delisted(I hope not) although my remaining amount is pretty insignificant does that mean the two cornerstone investors who turned up a few month ago would have first rights to acquire the company. Only real value i see remianing are IP, R&D folks, manufacturing site, their previous largest investor Minderoo appear to have left the house on last report . Does this impact for immunotherapiea business. SB have a very attractive unlimited LOI to tAke this business over? To me this appears that cards are stacking up form some group to pick these assets up very cheaply. Does wp stay on if delisted? Will he be allowed continue to claim his paypacket?
