Actually with our house it was the plumber who laid the in ground pipes that caused most of the problems with the concrete slab.
You would think getting a pipe to within 2 meters of the location on the plan was easy.
Apparently its not!
House built by AV Jennings almost 20 years ago.
Maybe things have improved since then.
