Unfortunately I had too dismiss a worker this week who wouldn't apply to basic rules. In this day and age one has too abide and appreciate what rules are put before them. Because of this ,I didn't sleep for 2 nights after the dismissal , as some companies have seriously have rules and regulations that must be met, before entering a sight and whilst working on that site.
