the only marketing required is to BUILDERS. As the builders are the ones set to get the biggest benefits (reduced $, reduced build time, certainty on timing ie. not dependant on bricky availalbility).
The general public who are getting a new house will not care how it is done ... they will just want the right price and timing.
Unlike ICON who have to market to the public, as their house look different from the traditional brick house. Therefore they have to be convinced the toothpaste house will be OK.
