PRP seems to require another stage in treatment ie extracting blood and producing PRP for use in the surgery. Presumably that has a real cost. Does use of PRP mean that the bone graft/implantation stage can be combined? The OCC product actually cuts out a stage when bone grafts are used which I would see as a real advantage.
