Well, Ive got to say that the NASDAQ listing has turned out to be a bit of a non event in its first week. Clearly, there is no liquidity at all there with a trading range of US$22.51 ($3.08 equivalent ) and US$49.50 ($6.78 equivalent). Volume has been for the whole 4 days around only 150000 shares in total in Australian shares equivalent.
We need liquidity in the NASDAQ and the resultant lift in volume there before its worth taking any real notice of what happens there. To move the share price by dollars at a time on a 1000 shares is not worthy of our attention.
It does hilight how quickly however the shares can take off on the NASDAQ but first we need genuine volume to validate the share price.
