Correct most likely around 15-16th May according to 45 days rule post quarter.
This may well be why BOD will try holding off an announcement this week as per my posts.
But the SP may precipate this earlier with a few phone calls to Cincinnati.
BOD would know the extent ($dollars) of the first upfront as that is done but the second and larger upfront maybe they wait for signing on that one I suspect.
We wait !
