Sounds like sour grapes.

Always been my problem with collaborators what controls have we got IP wise. Dealing with collaborators I would assume we have a contract tight IP transfer arrangement.

Also, How would they know what tech we are using on raw silicon is it just speculation I hope none of our IP is disclosed in the court case to Ferro globe.

Sounds like we have something that they want or everybody will want is the technology going to be that disruptive?
