This may explain WHY no deal has been signed with anyone yet--
as could add a bit of uncertainty -- without First clearing all the Skeletons from the Closet.
And as noted -- those in the Know -- have not Rushed to Sell out--
Once IP ownership is Documented and Cleared -- hopefully Contracts can begin to be signed.
