Massive miners are really struggling ATM. I heard on CommSec market news that revenues from exports to China have gone from 1 billion per quarter to 30 million dollars per quarter in the last quarterly announcements. This could be having a big effect on the bucket liners not being a major priority at the moment, rather miners are trying to figure out how to get increased sales on existing/ already mined material.

I suspect that in time the bucket liners will be useful but I think the main sales that we're going to see are from concrete as MB stated in a recent video.
