All sorts of stuff going on, mainly working in the favour of the price rising, the 1 dollar buys into the sells side are working the price up but so are single buys wiping out multiple lines on the sell side at once like the one at 12:23, took out everything from 75 to 79 cents, that's some confidence buying.
