My sister is planning to buy my younger brother and I out of an inherited property (4 owners). I would be silly not to buy a couple of thousand FMG shares with these insanely good div yields.
It was take less and keep it in the family or sell it to market. If I could afford it, I would be buying everyone else out of the property fwiw because I love the place. That's the future aim.
Final dividend likely to be at least $2.25 a share now, page-84
