    I believe that we should know our final situation before Christmas. ASIC are continuing their investigations as we speak. I am anticipating the demise of EHH, and legal documentation to allow us to claim a tax loss on these shares for the 2021-22 financial year. The standing of EHH is such, that I cannot see that a "come-back" from this situation is possible.
