The company has 4 weeks to prepare a 4c and a lot of things need to be considered

Depending on the size of a company where a big player may have processing done automatically

Many of the small caps have manual processing

Limited staff, myob and spreadsheets

Also two directors need to sign it off

It may take a 2-3 weeks to prepare

Add in we're having a few public holidays this month and school holidays where ppl may take time off

Directors may be over seas

Plus they have other concerns to prioritise such as calls from holders, business and customers

They also keep it as per usual

Nothing to judge by it imo
