I do understand that narrowing the available $’s to research in the MM emissions and CO2 areas based on the limited understanding that we have seems pointless at best and at worst a complete con job.
My reasons being that we are stuck with fossil fuels for the foreseeable future, our climate will change regardless of what we do and we have many pressing issues that could benefit from throwing a big chunk of our available resources at an unprovable theory (at this point in time).
