If it is getting hotter, which we'll never know because too many people like Tim Flannery and old Ross G need to sell books saying it is, then why are they not doubling down on clearing/back burning/fire breaks, even parks NSW said there wasn't enough done 18-19, just read back up through the thread.

I was in central Victoria on the weekend there was ZERO fire breaks/back burning/clearing, NO fire breaks around crops, people are cropping right up to the fence line. one pastoralist told me they are not allowed to clear because of some mouse that's protected, well that's all gone now and so is a few houses and lives.
Seriously, the fires them selves are evidence enough to ridicule the fire chiefs statement.
