actually i would encourage shareholders to voice their assertions regarding current shareholders being given an equitable stake in the spinoff company for the kyrgyz assets.
current shareholders already own these assets and should not be diluted.
ie spinoff should give an allocation pro rata to PRU/O holders. any new IPO should be done at a price that will raise funds and not undervalue the assets to much.
otherwise if the company thinks it can get away with it, they may try to get shareholders to buy what they already own.
