Reports are that childcare is heading in the direction of certain elite schools around Australia where you are required to put in applications prior to acceptances. Some high school and primary schools require a non-refundable fee and years in advance (each school varies)

So it is recession proof and if you choose the right location, staff curriculum and branding strategy then it is recession proofed. There are definate first mover advantage and the stock has been great for stag profit takers once they are cleared out then watch the ABC, CDC and insto's come on board.

So i'm in.
