Have just finished reading yesterday mornings transcript: the one where the commissioner discusses this possible course of action per tobyjacks link to the media article.
I'm going to leave it and take a cold read tomorrow morning but my initial impression is that this is relevant new information in terms of valuation - though I haven't worked through any numbers so can't tell yet if it's positive or negative!
I encourage other holders (if there are any left!) to have a read as well. All opinions welcome.
