If I found it just now? No, I would wait.
My biggest strategy here is buy low sell high, so i'v forbidden my self from shares that have recently increases in value dramatically. IMO they are a liability for someone like me. I watch a load of company's and I wait until one market is scared before I buy. That's risky, because they may have legitimate reasons to be scared but it IMO it's my best shot at finding value in the long term. Or blowing the lot, whatever.
