With regard to the negotiation Is if they in negotiations or even initial discussions, they are not obliged to inform the market....as most companies usually say the discussions were incomplete...and may not end in any form of partnership or joint venture...
We usually see that when AFR would report something and company has given no hint to the holders...
Review is perfect excuse even though it may be for another reason.....like delays or anything else...
This Combo trial is a significant event and as others have said we do not know which company has provided them with the Dystro drug for the trial as it would a special one for mice.....
I am guessing they would want to know the results before anyone else....so it is very interesting and hence taking longer than usual...
