The whole picture isn't that simple, but (IMO) the part you've highlighted is.
In a nutshell, were there were any semblance of stability or improvement in PUL2.0 scores, the CAPR conversation wouldn't be steeped in complex phrasing like having a 65% mean reduction in PUL2.0 score decline compared to placebo.
This is what your statistician gives you, when told to put a positive spin on the results.
