With regards to the two boys who didn't react as well as the others, Thomas Voit mentioned in a past interview with Shane Storey that it wasn't a surprise to them. The amount of inflammation produced is not the same for each child and instead is within a range. The more inflammation produced, the stronger the response to the treatment. The two that didn't respond to the treatment had less inflammation than the rest.
